Renters Insurance

Even if you don’t own your home, you still need coverage for your personal property and living expenses should an unforeseen event occur.  Renters insurance can help provide coverage for:

• Personal Liability:  This applies if someone is injured or property is damaged and you are responsible.
• Medical:  This covers medical expenses for guests if they are injured in your residence.
• Additional Living Expenses:  If you can’t live in your residence because of a covered loss, renters insurance covers additional living expenses while it is being repaired.
• Personal Property:  Your residence is filled with furniture, clothes, sports equipment, and other items that mean a lot to you.  This helps replace these items if they are stolen or destroyed as a result of a covered loss.
• Scheduled Personal Property:  If you have special possessions such as jewelry, art, antiques, or collectibles, talk to your USI Affinity representative about adding this optional coverage to protect them.
